No, but 0.10 apparently did not support what you're doing there yet. It
probably had no support in videobox for the specific raw video format
that vtdec outputs.

But in general you should not use GStreamer 0.10 anymore, it's
completely outdated and unsupported/unmaintained since 3 years. You can
get newer binaries for iOS here:
http://gstreamer.freedesktop.org/data/pkg/ios/1.4.5/
Don't take anything from gstreamer.com, it has nothing to do with the
GStreamer project, is outdated and only provides 0.10 things.
