Blocking gst_pad_send_event with gst_event_new_eos

Hi,

I'm using gstreamer 1.5.0 with pipeline rtspsrc! rtph264depay! h264parse! matroskamux ! filesink

When I send a gst_pad_send_event(matroskamux sink , gst_event_new_eos())) it block sometimes.
I have the idea that this happens only when the pipeline is in the PAUSED state.

This happens sometimes when I receive a GST_MESSAGE_ERROR, I'm sending the specified eos message.
When I receive this message I have to cleanup  and to update some resources.

At normal recording I'm using the same eos mechanism when I have to switch to a new file and then I never have any problems.

At this time I have No idea what I'm doing wrong.
Any help is welkom.
