[PATCH] Fix build failure in kubuntu wily with latest gstreamer

Hi,

currently we had a problem in kubuntu building qt-gstreamer, I'm attaching a 
patch to solve the issue.

The problem is that the cmake stuff isn't finding gstconfig.h properly. 
We had a simlilar issue in libqapt, please read the commit message of the fix 
for a more detailed explanation:
