Add/remove pipeline branches from tee

That's perfect, thank you. I didn't realise you could change the debug
variable on the fly, I'd just been changing the environment variable before
running. It helped me find the problem.

I found that when the branch tries to link to the tee, it fetches the
capabilities from the parser source, but they don't match the tee source for
some reason, causing a pad link failure.

All problems appear to be resolved.
