Unable to find h264parse gstreamer 1.4.5, but i am install gst-plugins-bad!

It is not able to find libgstvideoparsers with gst-inspect-1.0 or with other
methods like dpkg -L  or   ldconfig -p | grep libgstvideoparsers.

"No such element or Plugin .."
