Unable to find h264parse gstreamer 1.4.5, but i am install gst-plugins-bad!

in gst/videoparsers there is only videoparsersbad.la
After I read the output, make install has installed it in
/usr/lib/gstreamer-1.0/.
In this directory there is only a videoparsersbad.la and videoparsersbad.so
So why does gst-inspect-1.0 doesn't find h264parse or videoparsers.so?
