Gstreamer on my iphone?

I already got a Python Developement Envoirenment on my iphone.

I got Gstreamer on my iphone by Download Menager (from Apple Store)
http://gstreamer.freedesktop.org/data/pkg/ios/1.5.2/
but I don't know how can I install it on iphone...is it possible? How can I
do it?

What I want to know is if I can install Gstreamer (.pgk) on my iphone and
use it with Python script.
Have I forgotten something or is there something I don't understand?
