No, 1.5 is a development preview of the upcoming release. It is not
ideal for production. All minor version (1.1, 1.3, 1.5, etc.) are
development preview, which are meant for testing and discovering
remaining bugs or regressions before the stable release. Further even
releases, are bugfix on top of the stable branches, and it should be
safe to update.
