Reg : Resume rtsp stream playback issue

Hi All,

I am facing same issue as reported in
https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=705355
[Bug 705355] RTSP pipeline freezes when set to a resume after a pause
(PLAYING->PAUSED->PLAYING), with Jitterbuffer in Buffering Mode.
Any input on this bug, how it can be handled in jitterbuffer? 

Also i m having problem running gst rtsp server example, if i change 
  gst_rtsp_media_factory_set_launch (factory,
        "( videotestsrc is-live=1 ! x264enc ! rtph264pay name=pay0 pt=96
)");
to some local stream
"( filesrc location=/home/Music/songs/omg.mp3 ! rtpmpapay )");
