GStreamer-CRITICAL **: gst_segment_to_running_time: assertion 'segment->format == format' failed

Hi I am getting the below error on my plug-in
GStreamer-CRITICAL **: gst_segment_to_running_time: assertion
'segment->format == format' failed

when I use totem and seek, sometimes I get this error sometimes it plays out
properly.

Can anyone suggsest anything. The format on my segment is set to be
GST_FORMAT_TIME.
