vp8enc to use multiple cores

Hi, Thank u for the reply,
Actually if it was the Bitrate problem, then i guess the video quality
should be bad even if there is no motion/movement in the video. But in this
scenario the video becomes bad only if there is a motion/movement in the
video(with high resolutions).
