master vs. 1.5.1 - changing video-size on compositor input

I searched around and my problem seems to be related to this bug report:

but in my case the pipeline crashes with a not-negotiated error.

It looks like an actual problem with compositor, as videomixer doesn't
show the same behaviour. The Problem only exists with Video-Sizes that
aren't exactly the same aspect ratio as the output aspect-ratio.

Enforcing a pixel-aspect-ratio=1/1 after the videoscaler fixes the issue.

I opened a bug to decide whether this is a regression or just "using it
wrong"
