streaming HD videos using gstreamer

Could you please let me know how to do that? 

I tried the following pipeline from the server side, but it given an error:

gst-launch-1.0 filesrc location=movie.mkv ! tc. filesrc location=sub.srt !
tc. tcpclientsink name=tc host=127.0.0.1 port=5000
