I have investigated the problem and it is not a bug but a characteristic of
the RFC specification to transport JPEG over RTP. The standard is obsolete
basically.

Specifically in the RTP payloader creates it's own header of jpeg thus
discarding information about the metadata which is in the header of the JPEG
with marker APP*, after SOI.

This post is for further reference and I am open to discuss a new RFC for
EXIF files.
