Issue with internet streaming

Dear all,
I suceed in streaming video from my Raspberry to a Windows PC when they are
both in the same LAN. But when I try to stream from the Raspberry that is
inside my LAN to the PC that is outside (connect to internet with a cellular
adapter), the streaming does not work.
Can you help me? Thanks.
