Dynamic-Pipeline ( Vidoetestsrc element works but Filesink element fails )

Hi all , 

The problem is addressed and i am able to create multiple files using
filesink element dynamically. 

The problem was that along with filesinbk even instance of MUX needs to be
handled i.e create an new 
instance of mux + filesink.
