Release Schedule for GStreamer 1.8

Hello everyone,

  Slight delay with the schedule, the 1st pre-release (1.7.1) will be
on Wednesday December the 23rd.

  And a reminder that the major feature freeze *will* be on January
8th, so don't wait for the last minute if you want to get something in
:)
