gst-plugin-bad mpegpsdemux rewind problem

Hello,In mpegdemux I am trying to do rewind (backward seeking) by the testapp
but on that time video is not clear. so for solving that problem i am
looking for a key frame but i am not able to get that. So please help me out
to find a key frame or how to solve that problem in the mpegdemux.
