Gstreamer-voice cracking when using g722

Is it the G722 encoder taking more load or is it any issue with the pipeline.
The issue of choppy voice happens with audio record from mic and with the
wav file.
When using a queue the issue of dropping samples get solved, but voice is
again choppy.

*Also when i tried it using a PC and board with multicast enabled.*

*Case 1: Sound recorded from Board, encodes it and sent it over multicast
IP*
The same issue of chopping voice happens
*Case 2: Sound recorded from PC , encodes it and sent it over multicast IP*
In this case the board decoded it well and is playing the sound without any
issue

Is it due to low speed of the board.

Any inputs will be a great help...
