Question regarding openwebrtc-gst-plugins for Android camera

I compiled and tried to test the plug-in for Android camera but i have
nothing streamed.

Can someone tell me the pipeline i should use to be able to transmit the
video on RTSP or HTTP ? 
 
One option i tried is with gst-Rtsp-server, how should i specify the
pipeline to permit the RTSP streaming of the camera  ...
