negative DTS delays

Just add one point, could it be the x264enc is producing VBR stream, and
that's might have confused my analysis tool...

Is x264enc producing VBR stream? without NULL packets stuffing, either at
encoder or muxer? If this is the case, anyway I can verify the DTS-STC
values to guarantee it satisfies live decoder buffering model?
