Performance issue x264enc streaming

OK. So If SW works. For now it would be perfect to me.

Eventually I will be interested to switch HW encoder/decoder.

Yesterday, I tried to look at what slomo said with androidmedia(MediaCodec)
but i got no success and the documentation about this plugin is hard to
find.

If you have a minute can you just point me on the API to use for HW
encoder/decoder detection. I would appreciate it.
I would be interested to eventually move to HW.
