Memory leak only on Windows

Hi,
I suspect the leak is related to d3dvideosink, please apply the d3d
related commits you can see here:
http://cgit.freedesktop.org/gstreamer/gst-plugins-bad/log/?h=1.4
and report back is the leak is gone,
