MPEG DASH

Sorry for bringing up this old topic...

Are dashsink and mp4dashmux elements currently part of any gstreamer
mainline releases? I couldn't seem to find them in latest 1.4.5 release...
So in order to use them, do I still need to build manually from github devel
branch?
