Thanks a lot. That was the fault. 
I have also renamed the GstMpegTsSection and GstMpegTsEIT and than it run
well.

Note that the type is called 'GstMpegtsDescriptor' with a lower-case
't'. (I think that is quite unexpected and a bit ugly, but that's how it
is, and it's at least consistent with the gst_mpegts_*() naming)
