shm: Port shared memory plugin to Windows - Status?

Hi.

What is the status for shmsrc/shmsink for WIndows (never thought I would
bring my self to ask) ?

The code in https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=698657 seems a
little rough, but it'll do the job. However it seems not to have moved for
the last 11 months or so. Also haven't seen any of the code making it into
the source yet.
