streaming between VLC and gstreamer

Hi, 

Normaly,  all sinks have a 'sync' property that you can set
I suggest you to check wether your sink element has a "sync"  property, 
and set in to false as follow:

gst-launch playbin2 uri="rtsp://192.168.4.40:5544"
video-sink=nv_omx_videosink  sync=false
