I'm trying to run following test pipeline on a chipset Z97 based i5 system,
and getting following error

gst-launch-1.0 filesrc location=/root/bigbuckbunny.mp4 ! decodebin !
videoconvert ! video/x-raw ! vaapiencode_h264 ! fakesink -v

Setting pipeline to PAUSED ...
ERROR: Pipeline doesn't want to pause.
ERROR: from element
/GstPipeline:pipeline0/GstVaapiEncodeH264:vaapiencodeh264-0: INIT- Could not
initialize supporting library.

What could be the reason for this? Am I missing something?
