Audio Stream format S16LE

Hi List,
I want to start an audio stream with format S16LE.
If I use this pipeline:

gst-launch-1.0 -v audiotestsrc wave=0 ! audioconvert !
audio/x-raw,rate=16000 ! rtpL16pay ! udpsink host=127.0.0.1
auto-multicast=true port=4300

The format of the audio stream is format=(string)S16BE.
Is there a way to change this?
