.gir files missing from windows MSI installers?

Hi there,

The .gir files are included in the .pkg installer for Mac (get copied under
/Library/Frameworks/GStreamer.framework/Versions/Current/share/gir-1.0/).
But the MSI files for Windows do not seem to include them, I installed the
main and devel MSI x86_64 packages for v1.5.2, and no .gir files appear in
the default installation folder (C:\gstreamer\1.0\x86_64). Is this a bug or
an omission by design?
