test videoscale methods

Hi!
I try the next pipe:
gst-launch-0.10 -v souphttpsrc is-live=true user-id=admin user-pw=admin
location=http://192.168.0.123/stream.mjpeg? ! jpegdec !  videoscale !
fpsdisplaysink video-sink= xvimagesink sync = 0

The pipe show a only frame frozen.
There is an error in the pipeline?
