get stats from SRTCP

Hi List,

I am using the plugin srtpenc/dec and I would like to get the stats from
the SRTCP, but in the SRTP plugin I dont see any signal to get the
statistics, does it mean that I need the rtpbin element to generate the
SRTCP stats?
