tsdemux doesn't handle streams without PTS/DTS timestamps, on iOS

I'm not really sure if how to determine PTS of an access unit in the absence
of it. AFAIK, PTS has to be present in each PES for tsdemux to pass on
buffer to the next element. Else it would set it to -1
