UDP sink Gstreamer + Android

Hi, I have created following pipeline :
*GstLaunch1.4.5Test.exe -v rtspsrc location=rtsp://192.168.1.16:8554/test !
rtpjitterbuffer ! rtph264depay ! avdec_h264 ! d3dvideosink sync=false*By
using the following code i am able to play rtsp video on my Qt window but
the problem is only that when i minimize it then it lost it's frames and
after maximising it i am not able to play it :

*This program is working but i am unable to again render the streaming on qt
