about to finish playbin loop crash with gstreamer vaapi

I've a gstreamer software written in python that loops on a video using
playbin and about_to_finish.

The thing works quite well using software decoders, but if i try with
gst-vaapi (currently with intel backend on HD400 and other intel cards) it
crashes after several loops.

I let it run with GST_DEBUG=5 and dumped all the output, the final part,
just before crashing is here: http://pastebin.com/MzaBnsZJ

I'm currently using gstreamer 1.4.5 as packaged in archlinux, but i think
that this problem exists from a while now.
