In Ubuntu 14.04 and Gstreamer1.2.4, plugins must been installed?

Sorry for my english!

I installed Ubuntu 14.04 on my pc. I know Gstreamer 1.2.4 was installed with
it. But can someone help me know if I have to install plugins separately,
like gstreamer-bad, good, ugly, base...gst-rtsp-server??
