Videocrop

Hello Gstreamers!

I have gstreamer udpsrc pipline which works perfectly. But I need to crop
only region of the video stream dynamically, i mean to change region
coordinates while pipeline is playing. How to achieve that?

Obviously opengl should be used here, but how can it be achieved? glshader?
