RTP h264 video stream extraction in iOS

I am receiving in my iOS app, rtp h264 raw bytes video stream from gstreamer
running on a device with camera.

I have installed on my mac the gstreamer-1.0-devel-1.2.0-ios-universal.pkg

I need to extract from the stream the sps, pps and frames so I can decode
them with hardware acceleration in iOS 8

How can I do that with gstreamer in my iOS app?
