question on video decoder based on V4L2 M2M

Hi,

I have some question on video decoder based on V4L2 M2M. can you help?
video decoder will have two pool. one for V4L2 decoder input and one for V4L2 decoder output. right?
V4L2 decoder only open one video decoder device? and can support input and output streaming at the same time? The only differential input and output is V4L2 buffer type?
Is it transfer buffer between driver and user space using QUEUE and DEQUEUE in normal driver?
V4L2 decoder read/writer not very common in today's driver?
For V4L2 decoder API, is it enough for video decoder/encoder setting? such video compress format and many decoder/encoder setting.
is it works for multi-instance? how about seek and eos process?
