Qt on Windows is AFAIK not using the GLib main loop internally, so all the watch/GSource based stuff of GstBus won't work for you. You'll have to integrate GstBus into the Qt mainloop, e.g. by using the sync bus handler and then dispatching to the Qt mainloop.
