How to add filesink to a videomixer

Thanks Sergio.  
it's writing out a file, but, I can't do anything with it.  
Is there something missing, like a muxer, that will give me a valid .ogg?

Also, while it's processing, it's still displaying to the screen.  Is there
a way to only write to a file?
