network dlna ape audio can not play

Hi folks,

I can play APE file using:
gst-launch-0.10 playbin uri=file:///path/to/file

But when i try to play a file from network dlna media server, i always get
this error:
Error: A APE tag demuxer plugin is required to play this stream, but not
installed.

# gst-launch-1.0 playbin uri=http://192.168.1.222:8602/file?sid=18.ape

Where i can get a APE tag demuxer plugin?
Other formats like mp3, wav can works fine.

how resolve the problem？
