How to push data in element to buffers?

Hello everyone, I am new using gstreamer and I need some help with a
personal project.

Y Have this pipeline structure: 

(1) source * .ts
(2) demux
(3) queue
(4) decoder
(5) sink

I'm trying to get the staps of  PTS and DTS of the video, but i do not how
to do this with this line. It try use a PADProbe it, but fail. Now Iḿ try to
pas the information in the queue to a buffer, but i don know how do this 

Any suggestions or guidance is welcome, thanks evryone
