Gstreamer-1.0 blacklisted entries

Hi,

When doing gst-inspect-1.0, I am not having all my installed plugins shown.

*Total count: 215 plugins (206 blacklist entries not shown), 18 features*

When deleting ~/.cache/gstreamer-1.0/registry.x86_64.bin and running
inspect again, I get a lot of errors like this :

(gst-plugin-scanner:15455): GStreamer-WARNING **: Failed to load plugin
'/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/gstreamer-1.0/libgstvideofiltersbad.so':
/usr/local/lib/libgstbase-1.0.so.0: *undefined symbol:
gst_buffer_pool_config_validate_params*
