Gstreamer-1.0 blacklisted entries

Sorry but I am getting Gstreamer with apt-get install and I am using ubuntu
14.04 LTS.
In fact I have Gstreamer-0.10 and it works just fine.
Gstreamer-1.0 works as well but missing a lot of features which they are
installed but blacklisted and I don't know why :/
