Gstreamer + RaspI 2 + Logitch c920 Issues

Ordered and received a Raspi 2 and Logitech c920 over the weekend.

Loaded Raspbian and fully patched.

Installed gstreamer1.0 from the standard raspi debian repos and started creating a gstreamer pipeline.

The C920 has hardware encoding of h264.  This gstreamer version is apparently able to take that feature and use it.

I'm streaming h264 via rtp/udp to a machine on the same subnet as the pi.

I'm having terrible issues with artifacts on the screen and latency as well.

I'm a total newb using gstreamer, so I'm hoping someone can offer some suggestions.
