Gstreamer c syntax

Hello, I am struggling with some problem. I need to create program in C  but
I cannot understand how to create multiple pads and define them with x y
positions so I could display videos using uridecodebin. I would be very
grateful if one of you guys could show me example of simple program with for
example one pad and black background. I would really appreciate that.
