I've stumbled on a bug in the CODA driver;

Whilst running concurrent streams (even 2 was enough to provoke this),
I saw crosstalk - ie. frames from one stream in the other.

I cant seem to provoke this now.

I am (for some reason) seeing rather better framerates today, actually
managing about 26-30 FPS @ 480x272, considerably better than the 13.5
FPS of last week. this is down to the capture-io-mode= settings,
AFAICT.

For comparison:

without capture-io-mode settings:

4.8FPS @ 960x540

with:

16.3FPS @ 960x540

3.4x faster :)
