[gst-1.0] Make videomixer mix raw frames without timing infromation

I am happy to report that things are working as expected using the compositor
element and manually timestamping each passing frame in each compositor
sink_%u pad. Timestamping is based on the current running time of the
pipeline.

For what its worth, I use the following python code for timestamping each
passing buffer
