How do I use a pipeline to implement two video stream

Hi Everyone,

I am a new to develop the gstreamer application. I want to use a pipeline to implement two video stream.

A video stream can be saved to the location file, other is for the rtsp stream.

APPSRC ---------X264enc--------> file.avi
                           |
                           |---> RTSP stream

Could you told me any method?
